First of all, we praise the father of all humanity, the Almighty God for&#13;
enabling us to write this interesting guide book for Bench language&#13;
studies and development. Second, we are indeed most grateful to all&#13;
the locations involved government officials and local elders cooperated&#13;
most constructively with the request for interviews, information and&#13;
visits. Also, we praiseworthy chief coordinator, writer and editor Mr&#13;
Mamo Tsegaye (MA) and those professionals who participated in&#13;
edition of this book in different times.&#13;
Finally, we would like to appreciate and praises Mizan Tepi University&#13;
research and community service vice president office, for overall&#13;
